Human activities have a negative effect on plants and animal species. Some people think it is too late to do anything about this problem. Others believe that effective measures can be taken to improve this situation.

In the modern era of times, human activities, say, deforestation, overexploitation of resources, and so on have an adverse effect on flora and fauna, say, extinction of particular animal species and even plants. It is thought that it is already late to deal with

this

issue, others feel that preventive steps can be taken to overcome

this

. In

this

essay, I will discuss both notions even though I believe

this

situation

can be improved. Generally speaking, there are two reasons mainly responsible for people’s thinking that it is already late.

First

and foremost, the environmentalist more often than not put misinformation in front of the media. I mean sometimes they over-emphasize the

without consideration of real scenarios using public platforms,

as TV, Radio, and many more. In

way, they try to draw more public attention to a specific topic which actually demotivates the public

instead

of motivating them.

Secondly

, many people have become reluctant when they think we can not do anything to protect nature. My point is, they try to avoid their responsibilities towards our surroundings,

for example

, plants and animals by having

such

thinking.

However

, a group of people thinks that we can prevent the extinction of animals by protecting areas and creating awareness. In

this

regard, the administration can protect natural habitats of species, especially, forests by taking appropriate measures,

for example

, fines, penalties, and so on against poachers and unwanted invaders.

Moreover

, the authority can create awareness among citizens regarding the benefits of protecting the flora and fauna. For

this

purpose, different programs, namely, training, seminars, etc. could be crucial. To sum up, it must be said that people think it is already late to protect animals and plants because of the misinformation and their nature to stay reluctant about

this

topic. But,

this

situation

can be overcome by protecting areas and creating awareness. I reckon

such

a

situation

can be easily tackled.
