You use the local swimming pool often and during one of your visits you have encountered a problem. Write a letter to the manager and say – What the problem was and when it happened – What the swimming pool staff have done about it – Suggest your own solution to the problem.
Dear Sir,
I am writing
this
letter to put forward my concern about the chlorine
content issue in pool
water
which I faced during my last
visit.
At the onset, I vividly remember all the members who visit the pool
on a daily basis including me have been facing the extra chlorine
in the water
since last
Monday and it causes numerous skin problems to us such
as eyes and skin redness. After the water
purification process, your staff added chlorine
to make the water
free from germs. Though your staff has changed the pool
water
three times, the problem is still there.
Hence
, being a scientist in the water
industry, I would like to suggest the method that I use to resist the issue. Primarily, there is a need to increase the pool
water
temperature up to 75 degrees celsius so that it will break the chlorine
molecules with the help of a submersible heat generator. When this
process is done, just refill the pool
and the problem will be solved.
Look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
