Big salary is much more important than job satisfaction.

Most
people
in the world need to work to lead a decent life. While some others are motivated by money: if the
job
pays well, they are happy to do it without looking at what kind of
job
they offer.
However
, few of them are not concerned about the size of their pay packet: they simply enjoy their
job
and are happy to do it, whether they are earning a high salary or low. Most
people
prefer higher-paying
jobs
whereas, fewer think,
job
satisfaction is the most important rather than getting higher pay rises. Undoubtedly,
job
satisfaction increases productivity.
For example
, if
people
like their
jobs
,
then
nobody needs to supervise them, they will perform on their own with their utmost concentration and with their interest. With their enthusiasm, the company’s productivity will be increased and accomplished its goal in a very short period.
By contrast
,
people
who choose a particular
job
just because of a higher salary, become less happy and less motivated. They just push themself every morning, and due to a lack of interest, they make more errors and take a longer time to finish their task. As result, they have to stay longer hours at the office. Longer working hours make them frustrated and eventually affected their family life and health as well. Take,
for instance
, many
people
who choose their carrier to flourish in the IT department just because of a higher salary, eventually, burn out and are unable to cope with the pressure of
jobs
. On the flip side,
however
, rewarding
jobs
may not pay well in the beginning but over time worker’s enthusiasm and dedication will make the
job
a lucrative career option. So, in my opinion,
job
satisfaction is more important rather than earning money because it makes
people
happy and healthy.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
