You recently took a trip with a taxi company. The driver behaved in an unacceptable way and you had a lot of problems. You complained to the company but no-one has replied to your complaint. Write a letter to the taxi company. In your letter say why you are writing and how you feel explain what happened tell them what you would like them to do.

I am writing
this
letter to let you know about my frustration and unacceptable action
against the company driver
.
I am a regular customer to book a taxi from office to Home using your taxi application.My office is located in Egmore and my house is on Dell High Road.On the 12th of January,I booked a car to drop me back house from the office.First
of all,My booking was done at 8:15 PM and the driver
arrived at 9:15 PM.However
,I asked operator about the reason for being late but he responded me with unethical and very rude way.As well as ,He started to speak on mobile while on driving.I warned him about his attitude even though he did not listen .
Once i reached my home, I immediately called the custoer care and explained about the journey .
They filed a complaint and gave me response with complaint ID.In addition
,They said necessary discipline action
will be taken action
against the driver
.One week has been completed but no response from your team.
I have attached copy of Bill on the day of my travel along with complaint ID shared by Customer Care.As a Senior Manager,I request you to take necessary action
on the driver
and need a full refund of my payment wihout any delay.
I look forward from you to take action
as earliest.

Structure your letter
A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:
- A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
- The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
- A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)
When writing a letter as part of the IELTS General Training Writing Task 1, it is important to include the bullet points presented to you in the question.
All three bullet points need to be presented. And remember that some bullet points contain more than one element. So, make sure to watch for ‘and’ and plurals.
