Dear Sir,
I am writing
this
letter to you in response to the correspondence which I received from the university demanding a reason for my absence from an exam.
I am a student in a post-graduate diploma course in management. My name is Kuljeet Kaur and my student number is 423xxx. Although
I have taken all the exams except the one that is
on the 14th of June.
I was unable to submit the evidence at that time, thus
, I really apologise for the same. My physical health was not good at that time and the doctor advised me some medical tests which showed that I was suffering from Dengue and needs complete bed rest for at least 15 days. I will produce the certificate given by health experts as a piece of evidence to show my condition.
It will affect my scorecard. Therefore
, It would be really commendable if you could permit me to appear in the test next
week so that I am able to show my performance otherwise
my whole year will be wasted.
Looking forward to hearing a positive and speedy reply from your side.
Thanks.
Yours Sincerely,
Kuljeet Kaur.Submitted by kuljeetkaur19941 on
