You are working for an international company. You have seen an advertisement for a training course which will be useful for your work. Write a letter to your manager. In your letter, you should: · describe why you want to take the course · explaining how it will be beneficial to the company · tell who will be managing your work in your absence.
Dear sir,
This
is William. I have been working for the past two years in the finance department. The main purpose of writing this
letter to you is to obtain permission to join the training classes to learn Cost Accounting. which I have seen in the advertisement. I believe that costing is the root of generating profit. The company will be in a position to survive in any kind of situation.
Because many times I have encountered missed calculations in finalizing the cost of a product. For instance
, many direct expenses are not included in product costs. Actually, that must be taken into the consideration. For sure, this
course will be helpful in deciding the cost of our product. And this
will be fruit full for the company in long run.
Meanwhile, I have explained the course duration for ten days to my assistant John, he has cleared intention to perform my duties in my absence, and he is capable. If you consider my request, so I can book the slot next
week.
Your sincere
