You have recently attended a two-day course, and now a course organizer is asking for your review and comments. Write a letter to the course organizer. In your letter, you should: • describe the course; • explain whether or not you linked the course, and why; • provide some suggestions for improvement.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my satisfaction with the two-day
course
in CC++ language.
Although
the plan consisted of entry-level topics, it equally brought in an interesting approach to improving one's knowledge and understanding of its language.  Now that I have completed the program, I feel quite confident in my skills acquired at a basic level which will
further
help as a foundation for my expertise. More recently, I have been applying for IT part-time jobs associated with the requirement of the language
however
, due to my lack of advanced skills, the process seems difficult. To which, I think, if you ever introduce an intermediate to advance level
course
for the same, I would be delighted to be a part, so as to enhance my knowledge.
Additionally
, I would like to

two suggestions:
firstly
, the link provided doesn't include all the relevant information that could help an applicant know about the procedure in detail. It only includes the overall view of the
course
.
Secondly
, there is only a one-time slot allocated to the two-day
course
. As noticed, each class had 30 students and I suppose gets hard to go through the doubts of each student.
Therefore
, If you divide the class into two different slots will be more engaging and helpful and the same can be updated on the site, to show the flexibility in choosing. Thanks again for the wonderful opportunity in
such
a short duration of the study plan. I hope to see more
such
classes coming. Looking forward to hearing from you! Yours Sincerely, Shagun Rodhe

Structure your letter

A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:

  • A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
  • The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
  • A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)

When writing a letter as part of the IELTS General Training Writing Task 1, it is important to include the bullet points presented to you in the question.

All three bullet points need to be presented. And remember that some bullet points contain more than one element. So, make sure to watch for ‘and’ and plurals.
