Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my interest to work for 6 months at our head office, situated in Germany. Since I have been working in
this
company for 3 years now and my position involves marketing and advertising, I strongly feel the need to acquire learnings and knowledge related to our modular kitchens and their installation, here in India and in other branches.  Now that we know, our kitchens hold a modular mechanism to their operations and these are prefabricated at head office with the precision as accurate as possible.
However
, to my notice, When these kitchens are installed on-site we face a massive problem with the arrangement of fillers to alter any prominent error. And because our technicians lack knowledge and input, I feel the need to go and stay for the period in order to learn about logistics to operations.
additionally
, how they receive orders and how is it generated.
Therefore
, acquiring
this
will help to make effective changes in the department
such
as Site installation, and marketing with in-depth knowledge inclusive of other areas. Since I will be away for 6 months. Mr Ramjeev will be handling 3 prospects clients and 1 installation, as we are in one team. I have been asked by the floor supervisor to assist whenever, required. Kindly give me
this
chance as
this
may not only benefit my career but
also
the company. I do feel, that after attaining that experience, we can work together to implement the required changes that would be a good catch for the company. Looking forward to hearing from you! yours sincerely, Shagun rodhe

Structure your letter

A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:

  • A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
  • The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
  • A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)

When writing a letter as part of the IELTS General Training Writing Task 1, it is important to include the bullet points presented to you in the question.

All three bullet points need to be presented. And remember that some bullet points contain more than one element. So, make sure to watch for ‘and’ and plurals.
