In your letter Explain how you heard about his/her retirement Describe what made him/her such a great teacher Say how your teacher affected your life
Dear Mam ,
I hope everything is going great !
The main endeavour of writing
this
letter is to express my gratitude after getting the knowledge about your retirement period .
Last
day , I was invited to the school union usually for graduated who passed the final exams where I came to know that your teacher service will be going to end in a later month. Additionally
, during the event , we all shared the memories that we spent together in class.
There is not only a single reason that makes you unique among all teachers but your ability to make the subject interesting by giving vast information plays a significant role in our life .
The teaching skills used in the class play an important role in boosting confidence in the workplace . The storytelling technique used in class aids in improving my soft skills . In addition
to this
, during interviews in addition
to this
, confidence in this
skill is also
useful . I feel really grateful for learning this
concept during our course.
Moreover
, I wish happy and healthy life ahead. I look forward to hear
your response soon .
Yours faithfully ,

Structure your letter
A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:
- A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
- The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
- A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)
When writing a letter as part of the IELTS General Training Writing Task 1, it is important to include the bullet points presented to you in the question.
All three bullet points need to be presented. And remember that some bullet points contain more than one element. So, make sure to watch for ‘and’ and plurals.
