You are going to have a family party in a private room in a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter, say: ● why you need to use this private room ● what you need them to provide for the party ● inquire about the price of the food you are ordering

Dear Sir or Madam I am writing with a query. I know that your hotel is providing help with parties organization as an additional service.
This
Saturday me and my family are going to celebrate my birthday. Since I and my husband are staying in your hotel for a vacation I want to request a private room on Saturday starting from 5 pm to 10 pm.
Also
, my parents and my sister will join us. Hopefully, the room is not booked yet. We will need help with the organization of the food service. It should be two vegetarian meals, four meals with fish and snacks including potatoes arranged as shared dishes from the hotel's kitchen. A local wine including bottles of red and white, several fresh juices and several bottles of water in quantities suitable for six people will be good for the drinks.
Moreover
, I want to request a cake delivery from the local pastry nearby, it is called "Hanci", I need the cake with the Teddy bear.
Also
, It will be great if is possible to arrange a karaoke night for us, since the karaoke equipment is in the room. Please inform me about availability and could you please suggest a possible price range for
this
arrangement, separately for the food, drinks and karaoke with an answer to
this
letter. Many thanks in advance Viktoriia Bura
