Some people believe that unpaid community service should be a compulsory part of high school programmes (for example working for a charity, improving the neighbourhood or teaching sports to younger children). To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Recently the world has been developing significantly, so more people are expected to have decent soft skills in their lives.
Therefore
, schools create voluntary programs suchlike working for a charity, and helping the surrounding

because these
works
can play a crucial in their lives. In my opinion, I agree with
this
statement and I will discuss it below. One of the most beneficial reasons for
students
to do these jobs is to gain experience in their lives. By doing these voluntary
works
, they can learn how to socialize with other people, learn how to do things that they never do and sharpen their minds.
Moreover
, these
works
are not only helping them in personal skills but
also
helping these
students
expand their relationships. With those relationships, they can have teammates or soulmates, who will support them in the future. The
second
but important highlight is that attending in highschool programs can help their career path in the future. They can discover what they love during
this
period and decide if they can
work
for NGOs in the near future. Even though they don’t want to
work
for these organizations, they can put their achievements in their CV, which can help them have a higher opportunity to be employed in companies and corporations.
In addition
,
students
who are highly skilled can easily adapt to their
work
environment, communicate professionally and use their skills to add value to the places where they
work
. In my conclusion, there are a lot of advantages for
students
who participate in these activities and I agree that community service is vital for
students
. I suggest that schools should organise and fund these unpaid community
works
as well as open soft skill classes.
