letter to inform you about my dissatisfaction with my laptop that was supplied by your company. To be more precise, the keyboard that was fit on my laptop doesn’t work properly and even I am unable to type to get the correct words.

leads me to take too long for typing a single mail as I need to wait for a long time to get the correct alphabet.

, another problem is that my computer screen fluctuation and it happens every 30 minutes when I am using my laptop.
