Dear Ms Kate,
Hope all is well.
I am writing
this
letter to express my dissatisfaction with the furniture
which is presented in my rented flat.
I am Jenny Cornejo, one of your tenants in the Downtown building, room 504, fifth floor. I recently signed a rent agreement with you, and during that time you assure me that the furniture
that I will be using during my 24 months stay has great quality furniture
and other modern facilities.
However
, please be informed that the quality of some of the items in my flat is poor. Firstly
, the bed in the living area is causing an irritating sound when I am about to lay down. Secondly
, one of the legs of the table in the dining area is broken. Lastly
, the study table has draws which are totally jammed. In short, there are a lot of problems with these furniture
items.
Thus
, I would like to ask if you could replace it or schedule a carpenter to fix it. If it would not the case, I will withdraw my contract with you.
I hope you resolve this
issue as soon as possible.
Best regards,
Jenny CornejoSubmitted by jbcornejo on
