Being a celebrity- such as a famous film star or sports personality- brings problems as well as benefits. Do you think that being a celebrity brings more benefits or more problems?

It always looks surprised when we see the celebrities like actors, singers or comedians living a luxurious
life
, but it is only one side of the picture. They have to face many problems too in their daily
life
. In
this
essay, I will explain both sides of the story.
First
of all, Film stars have a lot of money that they can use to spend anywhere they want. They can buy expensive clothes, can go to the high rate restaurants, do world tours etc.
However
, they have the power of money but
on the other hand
, only a few of them have mental peace. They cannot go to the public areas anytime they need. They want security every
time
they go outside.
Secondly
, if we talk about any sports personality
then
the same things happen to them.
For example
, we all are very aware of Shahid khan Afridi, who is the former Pakistan ODI and T20 team captain. Whenever he goes shopping or any other activity, he always takes his security with him. The personal
life
of these celebrities is almost nothing because anything they do got viral in no
time
. The current
time
is the
time
of the internet when anything gets famous in seconds.
That is
why being a superstar is a bit difficult for celebrities To conclude, being a celebrity is beneficial as well as hard for film stars or sports personalities. It is good in terms of fame, money and power and bad in terms of personal
life
that get disturbed because of fame.

Support ideas with relevant, specific examples

Examples make your writing easier to understand by illustrating points more effectively.

Examples, if used properly, not only help you get higher marks for ‘Task Response’ but also for ‘Coherence’.

When giving examples it is best to put them after your main idea or topic sentence. They can be used in the middle of supporting sentences or they can be used to start a new sentence. There is no rule for where exactly to give examples in essays, logically they would come after your main idea/topic sentence or just after a supporting sentence.

Linking words for giving examples:

  • for example
  • for instance
  • to illustrate this
  • to give a clear example
  • such as
  • namely
  • to illustrate
  • take, for example
