Dear Neighbours, I am writing
this
to bring your attention to a problem that we are facing in our parking area.
To begin
with, let me share my experience. A few days ago, when I was going to park my vehicle at my usual spot, it was already occupied by an unknown vehicle, which forced me to park my vehicle outside where we do not have enough protection. On another day, there was inaccurate parking, occupying almost two slots per car. In order to overcome these issues, I suggest we should have a plan and we must name our own parking slots.
Moreover
, we must arrange alternative parking for the visitors.
Finally
, I urge we must meet, to discuss
this
in a broad manner, and I hope others might have their own solutions as well. I would appreciate your kind and immediate attention to
this
matter, and I look forward to hearing from you all. Yours sincerely, Supun

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
