Nowadays, there is a rising trend of working from

take care of their family themselves and reduces the travel duration to their workplace, though it can affect their

and devoid them from developing a social life. The effect of

's well-being and social life could be detrimental. Working from

provides an opportunity for the

holders of attending to their families personally, and it

spent travelling to the office. As many of the workers have children, who need to be taken care of, they find it difficult to hire a babysitter who could fill in for them during office hours and the
