These days to proportion of the young generation is bigger than the grey age in the same society. While there are irrefutable reasons in terms of merits in this resolution. I personally vote for drawbacks due to diminishing elderly's experience and youngsters are not suitable for important jobs.

In this day and age, in many countries, numerous people are eager to carry out some research about the place where they live there like buildings, households, and so on. It appears due to some causes like how much they are a pessimist or how much they are curious about their place. Also, they can find this information via the internet, some folk and neighbours, and the elderly.

Urban areas such as Cities and Towns are more convenient to live in. The availability of services is wide, services including hospitals, transportation etcetera. In rural areas such services are there except that not to a full capacity, for instance getting to the hospital or work, one should require a car because transport is not always around the clock.
