Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to enquire about accommodations for a short-term, work-related stay for myself. Let me explain my situation in detail. I am working with TCS and will be travelling to San Francisco in the month of December for project deployment. Due to the hectic work schedule, I am looking for a place within walking distance of HCP, my work location in the city.

Although

a luxurious service apartment with in-house laundry, microwave, and dishwasher would suffice, I would prefer a full-time helper. Due to the fact that I will be travelling during peak winter, it becomes imperative for the heating unit to be fully functional.

Additionally

,I would need a parking slot in the residential building as I will be self-driving to the office daily. Could you provide me with appropriate options for December 1st to December 31st , the period of my stay? Kindly include the cancellation policy as well. Thank you in advance.
