You have recently bought some furniture. It was broken when you received it. Write a complaint letter to the store manager and say – What and when did you buy? – Why was it broken? – Suggest how the problem could be solved
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing you
this
letter regarding the furniture which is delivered today's morning when I opened the boxes with excitement and found that the glass of the coffee table
is broken .
I bought this
set of wooden furniture on the 12th of august having 1 three-seater sofa and 2 side chairs with a coffee table
online. I did an in-store visit but due to the good discount on an online ,,
purchase I prefer buying it online. The most beautiful part of Change the punctuation
apply
this
set was the glass table
and this
is delivered broken. I assume , probably it got broken at the time of delivery as delivery boys had not taken proper precautions during unloading .
I would like to get another table
in exchange , as it is your company's responsibility to deliver product undamaged. If an exchange is not possible I would like to return the table
and get my refund .for reference , I have shared pictures of the broken table
on your website in review comments.
I hope you will address this
concern and respond soon.
Yours sincerely,
