You have recently missed a project deadline which resulted in your company losing an important client. Write a letter to your manager. In your letter • apologies for what happened • explain why you missed the deadline • tell him/her how you will avoid this situation in future.
Dear Sir,
I am writing
this
letter to apologise for the company's loss by losing one of its Golden clients. I tied my best to complete the project on time
but I could not make it, and because of that I am feeling super bad.
Actually, As you know one of my team members who was leading this
project was fallen sick due to COVID-19, and he took 6-7 leaves during the last
phase of the project. So, our team get was out of track in technicalities during that period of time
. Moreover
, I have tried my best so that
we could cover Correct word choice
apply
this
gap by adding 2-3 team members but that did not work.
I would definitely try next
time
to complete the task before time
by doing overtime besides
keeping things for the end. I hope we'll get new clients from where we can cover up our losses.
I hope that our organization keep growing at the fastest pace and keep getting more good clients.
Yours Sincerely,
