In the 21st century, many women have come out of their home to become what we call working women. What are the advantages and disadvantages of women joining the workforce?

generation
 started working in all the areas that we call working ladies here I am talking about the advantages and disadvantages of
this
. New
generation
 girls are going for a job in different categories even though they are working different shifts. Before
women
 don't have any freedom or security to go out of the house.
However
, nowadays ladies have more freedom than earlier they can walk outside any time but the older
generation
 is scared to go out at night alone because they are not secure and
also
 under too much pressure from home if they go out at night . ,
Also
 people are not supporting
women
 in going to work all of them are thinking
women
 only take care of the house and kids the main job is to cook food for all and keep the house clean
this
 is what very old people doing now we have to give equality to any male or female. But now in all the offices anywhere you go including government offices girls are working there equal performance as men
this
 is a great idea we all should promote and support
this
 kind of activities.
Women
 are doing all their work sincerely, they are
also
 very punctual in their tasks we all can trust if you give a task the result will be great as men at work. To conclude
this
 is a great idea to promote
women
 in the workforce we should give more opportunities to the girls
this
 will make a bright future for all our upcoming
generation
.

    • Sentence 1 - Summary
    • Sentence 2 - Restatement of thesis
    • Sentence 3 - Prediction or recommendation
