situations question arises as to who should take responsibility whether it state/

or every individual. As the

is responsible to provide good quality of

to each individual that's why the

should take measures, make

laws

, provide guidelines and make sure they have been followed but it is the Individual who should help the

and guidelines effective. In social contract theory, Individuals have surrendered rights to the

to make sure they are secure and enjoy a safe & healthy

of each country should come together with solutions to the effect of climate change affecting Human

and putting a burden on the executive and judiciary to make sure

are followed, defaulter must pay compensation and must be penalised. The individual citizen has the responsibility to show concern regarding changing environment, A big scale project to stop changing environment can only be carried out if each person on their own scale takes things in hands and put themselves in charge to handle the situation, take the environment-friendly approach, reduce carbon emission, use eco-friendly products, promote organic etc. It is individuals who can bring change Every huge thing has a start and that start is initiated by individuals.
