It looks very awkward to invest in art when some one in your neighborhood is dying with hunger. But unfortunately, people squander their funds on buying the useless pieces of art rather than helping needy people. I believe that the allocation of funds must be prioritized to alleviate poverty instead of promoting the art and culture.

The chart provides information on the percentages of the households owning and renting accommodation in England. and Wales, between the years 1918 and 2011. As it can be seen from the chart, there is a significat decrease of the rented accommodation over the years. On the other hand, the number of households which own a house or apartment, has seen a drastic increase . To begin with, in 1918 theme percentage of rented accomondation is around 78 %, which is followed by a small drop of around 10 % in 1939 and 1953. Then, between the years 1961 and 1991, the numbers continue to show a Steady decrease and in 2001 they teache the lowest point of 31 %. However a decade later, in 2011, there is a small rise in the numbers, reaching somewhere. close to 37 %. When it comes to the families living in their privately owned houses, it begins with the percentage of 22 % in 1918. and increases to 40 %, by the year 1961. 1971 is the only year with the same number of...
