Dear Sir or Madam, My name is Ishant Kesar and I am one of British Airlines' premium customers. I am writing
this
letter to discuss the incident that occurred
last
week.
To begin
with, I booked my
flight
from Delhi to Toronto on September 12 at 12:00 PM. The
flight
number was AC 043. As per the new guidelines published by Canada's government, all passengers must present a negative COVID report prior to boarding.
Therefore
, I submitted all COVID-related documents including a vaccine certificate and a negative COVID report at the medical centre.
However
, the medical officer could not authenticate the documents as the website was unavailable. After waiting for almost two hours, I requested the officer to contact the medical institute. By the time the officer gave me a green signal for boarding, the
flight
was already departed.
Although
I was eligible to travel, I missed my
flight
due to poor services at the centre. I would appreciate it if you could look into
this
matter on an urgent basis and refund the booking amount. If you need any
further
information about the incident, please do not hesitate to contact me. Yours faithfully, Ishant Kesar
