You are having some trouble with a work colleague. Write to your employer. In your letter 􀁸 Explain what the problem is 􀁸 Describe how it is affecting you 􀁸 Make a suggestion about what could be done

Dear Mr Sharma I am writing to let you know regarding some issues on the behalf of other colleagues and myself which we have faced with you during the meeting. Yesterday, there was a meeting held at the conference hall from 2 pm to 5 pm and we had to discuss upcoming events just fixed time and I was explaining my point of view when you suddenly interrupted me with your views which is not negotiable but you kept speaking and did not let others define them.
Such
behaviour has demotivated me as I am an intern and learning new things, gaining confidence gradually. So, I would like you to either you can put your point of view beforehand than others or we can set the timing of the speech. Hopefully, you would be looking for my suggestions. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Yours Sincerely, Jessica Sharma

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
