I reckon that other methods should be formulated to avoid traffic but tariffs can cause burden on an individual's budget and this is a negative development.

It is said that many individuals spend a large amount of time using smartphones. The increase in the variety and accessibility of apps and online services has made smartphones incredibly appealing. Lack of public awareness and hectic schedule are the cause of this situation. In my perspective negative effects of this habit outweigh the positives.
