You were hurt in a minor accident in a supermarket and you wish to make a complaint. Write a ltter to the manager of the supermarket. In your letter: - give details about who you are - give details about the accident - suggest how the supermarket could prevent similar accidents.
Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Mark Boon. I am writing a letter to complain concerning to minor accident that happened to me in a supermarket.
I am a teacher and live in forest Park. I am 50 years old and normally visit the supermarket every weekend to buy groceries, vegetables and other milk products.
Last
week on Friday, unfortunately, a minor accident faced me.
To my surprise, it was too crowded on Friday morning. I was passing through the grocery section. Suddenly, I lost my balance and fell down towards the wreck. Luckily, I could support myself. However
, I have got a small injury on my right knee. After analysing the root cause, I found that some cooking oil was spilt on the floor and due to the darkness, it was not visible.
In view of the above, I would highly recommend informing the housekeeping staff to take round to various wreck areas frequently in order to avoid such
incidents. In addition
, improve the lighting arrangement in the darker area for more visibility in corner areas.
I am looking forward to hearing from you with proper action and feedback on my complaint.
Yours faithfully,
Mark Boon.Submitted by mohan on
