The graph shows us a picture of usage of mobile
phones
and
landlines
per 100 people in 6 dofferent
countries
.
Firstly
, there is a well noticeable trend that mobile
phones
are more popular in 4 out of 6
countries
: Germany, UK, Sweden and Italy. The highest level of popularity of mobile
phones
is situated in Italy. Sweden is located at the
second
place. The UK is at the 3rd place. In opposite,
countries
such
as Canada, the US and Denmark have the dominance of
landlines
.
Moreover
, Canada and the USA have a great gap between the number of mobile
phones
and
landlines
.
Also
, those two
countries
have the lowest level of the distribution of mobile
phones
. All in all, we can see the differecne between 2 continents: Europe and North America. For 2
countries
from North America the statement that
landlines
more popular there is true. And contrary, for European
countries
mobile
phones
are more preferable choice.
However
, we have only one exeption out of
this
rule: Denmark. It is an European country for which
