In this day and age, private organizations are spending on and conducting more scientific research as compared to the government sector. In my opinion, I agree that processes are more streamlined and efficient in private companies and they are always challenging themselves with latest research-based projects, although there are some minor disadvantages.

Nowadays, many people prefer working longer hours than usual. They might even get so involved in their professional life that they don't get enough time for leisure activities. This situation has both advantages and disadvantages which are explained in the forthcoming paragraphs. Personally, I believe the disadvantages of it overweighs the advantages.
