letter for showing my dissatisfaction with the changing room in the sports centre. I am going to make some suggestions so you can take initiative to solve the problem. I am a member of your club since 2013 and it has been almost ten years that I and other sports members are facing a problem with the changing room. The main problem is that it does not have a knob to open the door from inside the room. in order to open the door from the inside, we are opening it from the outside which required another person to open the door. Actually, all sports members feel embarrassed when they have to ask another member to open and close the gate. In fact, a lot of members recently cancelled their membership due to

reason. The ideal solution would be if you hire a carpenter right away and asked him to fix the issue that would be really helpful.
