A large proportion of garbage from households is not recycled.Some people believe that the government must pass laws to facilitate waste recycling in homes. The way is possibly a viable solution, but I'm afraid I have to disagree that it is the only option.

There is a controversy about an architecture issue regarding its efficiency in investing massive amounts of money to repair old constructions. Several people assert that old buildings should be dismantled because the fee of repair costs too much and it is far more valuable to put the money into constructing new buildings instead. I strongly agree with this statement.
