Dear Manager, I am writing to bring to your attention the accident that happened to me in your supermarket. My name is Sidhu. I am living on Lester Street which is 500 metres from your supermarket. I usually buy groceries from your store. Yesterday I came to the store by 7 p.m. There was a water spill on Aisle number 8 and I was about to fall. Fortunately, my friend who came with me give me a hand and saved me I got a little sprain in my right leg. I would like to suggest that in case of any spills, put some caution code to avoid accidents.
