Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
letter to express my disappointment with the functioning of the webcam I bought at your store.
To begin
with, the picture resolution captured by it is much lower than specified on the box. As a consequence, the video stream is glitchy on most occasions.
Additionally
, the store representative assured me that the webcam will capture and display colour images, but I was surprised to find that it has a camera that does the exact opposite.
As a result
of these issues, my work has suffered greatly. I am an online educator and my students need to see me clearly to capture the knowledge accurately.
However
, because of the faulty webcam, half of the class's time gets wasted.
Therefore
, I expect the shop to contact the company and get the faulty equipment replaced as soon as possible. I
