You have a bad experince at a restaurent and write a letter to complain to the manager

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
letter to complain about the recent terrible experience I had at your "Square one" restaurant during
last
week's visit. I had made a reservation to dine in on July 11th to celebrate my daughter's birthday, with my friends and family members. I shared the food items list of our choice in advance.
However
, At the
last
minute menu was altered without prior notice and guest preference.
Besides
that, food was spicy and items like Pizza, Fries served to kids are stale and soggy. The rudeness of the staff and their responses
in addition
to that made it worse. Overall, it's a very unpleasant experience and may not prefer or suggest it to acquaintances. Unless, management pay close attention to the food quality and servers' behaviour, these incidents occur in future and badly affect the reputation and the business of your hotel. Yours faithfully Ram
