Some parents buy their children a large number of toys to play with. What are the advantages and disadvantages for a child having a larger number of toys?

There is no denying fact that the phenomenon of
parents
buying a variety of playthings for
children
is ubiquitous across the globe due to their importance. The majority of the folks are in the favour of
this
statement due to its number of merits.
However
, some people highlight its demerits
first
. In my
further
paragraphs, the advantages and disadvantages of the same will be discussed. Initiating

the same, the
first
and foremost key benefit is that in the market there are several educational-based trinkets available. Playing with that teenage can acquire some knowledge and develop skills at an early age.
For example
, playing block-building games can help them to develop motor skills as well as cognitive skills. Another benefit proved by many studies is below 5 years old child learning and grasping speed is much higher than adults. So, whatever they pick up from doing an activity gets registered in their mind permanently. To cite an example, infants understand colours by playing with blocks.
Also
, can learn basic words and develop good habits from cue cards. On its darker side, some of the drawbacks which make it problems are because of parent's hectic schedule they don't get much time to spend with their
children
so by providing them with a number of toys they satisfied their needs for an hour. But, it won't help to build bonds and relationships between them
as a result
, it might develop insecurity in their mind.
Secondly
, their expectations from
parents
will increase day by day which can spoil their future.
For instance
, today they are getting a huge number of toys without saying a single word
then
they will demand expensive video games, PlayStations, etc at the age of 10. In future, they may end up wasting money in casinos or gaming zones.
Last
but not least, it's a waste of money and space too. After a certain ,age they cannot play the same game
instead
parents
should procure playthings which are suitable for their
children
's progress and can invest that money for their future. In the conclusion to the above statement, neither its pros nor cons can be neglected. It is a mixed bag of positives and negatives. In my opinion, it is
parents
' responsibility to see
children
's requirements and based on that can provide suitable games and toys to enjoy their childhood.

A very long essay will not give you a higher band score.

Aim for between 260 to 290 words in writing task 2. This will ensure a concise essay and will be realistic in terms of time management. You have only 40 minutes to write the essay and you need around 10 minutes of planning time, so you will not be able to write a long essay in 30 minutes.
