 that will benefit everyone regardless of their career aspirations. On the one hand, many believe that funding

 is necessary and will bring lots of benefits to the economy.
Art
 is a sector made up of music, movies, painting, designers and others and
therefore
, it is a good

 of opportunity for employment and talent development.
For example
, the American music and movie industry is grown to become a major

 of employment and talent throughout the country.
Thus

 should expend more money on
art
.
On the other hand
, others believe that

 should rather fund public
services

facilities
. Public
services

facilities
 like hospitals, energy supply and water supply are critical to the quality of life of all
citizens

 give its financial attention to

, it will benefit all
citizens

 officials.

, the public hospitals built by the United Kingdom's

 to everyone irrespective of their career interest. In my opinion, the
