Some governments spend a lot of money on exploring space, some feel that this investment is justified while others think that money should be spent on public services like healthcare and education. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Over recent years, fast technological progress led to more focus on scientific studies in various fields
such
as aerospace. These researches are different from other contexts in some ways.
For example
, it needs high-tech facilities like developed telescopes and spacecraft. Due to achieving these technologies, huge amounts of budget on behalf of the government are needed. Because of
this
issue, some humanitarians and social activists disagree with spending much money on these activities,
instead
of using them in order to improve public services.
Firstly
, I tend to discuss the arguments of those groups of people that support expensive aerospace research. Actually, they believe that our attention to science and developing it are some of our most important and considerable responsibilities of us to future generations. Generally, science is a kind of thing that investment in it, will lead to noticeable results just in long term.
For instance
, nowadays we hear that Mars can be an option for human residents in the future when the earth is not suitable for living on it anymore. Due to
this
idea, of course, more education, theoretical studies and practical researches are essential now to prepare considerations for centuries to come.
On the other hand
, some people debate that public issues that are common in the world these days, like poverty, hard diseases, environmental dangers and social problems are more important than space research.
Also
, they believe that while children in Africa are dying from the shortage of food or infectious illnesses due to a lack of public healthcare, it's unfair and inhumane to spend an extreme budget on launching a spacecraft. In my own opinion, governments should specify wealth in both of these ways. In a conclusion, it's better to prioritize public services like health and education.
Moreover
, after reaching an approximate balance in the distribution of the properties and services among all people, we should focus on long-term policies
such
as aerospace technologies' growth.
