One of your colleagues from another country comes to your office for an official meeting. Write a letter to him/her and say – Describe how to get from the airport to his/her hotel. – Describe the hotel he/she will be staying in. – Describe the arrangement for the meeting.counter
Dear Alice,
I hope my letter finds you well and in good health. I heard that you are coming to India for our company's annual meeting
this
December. It has been many years since we met, so I am very excited to meet you.
For your information, the management team has arranged everything for all the employees coming from another country. So, to pick you up from the airport, a taxi will be there at the airport and the driver will take you to the Taj hotel. There you can have some rest for some time and join the meeting afterwards.
I must say the hotel staff and food are very good, I am sure that you'll enjoy your 2-3 days of stay here. You can order anything from you, everything will be paid by
a company. After that, you need to come to the office location for the meeting. Once you reach the destination, you can take guidance from the Receptionist, she will take you to the meeting room. If you have any problem please do call me.
Looking forward to seeing you. All the best.
Regards,
