You received a letter from your friend informing you about his elderly parents are coming to visit in your area and he is asking for your advise on - which places they should visit - where should they live - Invite them to do something with you

How are you? It's been a long time since we met. I am extremely happy to hear that your grandparents are visiting my place. I am writing
this
letter with reference to your questions for some suggestions about the best
places
near my area. My city is filled with beautiful
places
.
Firstly
, It has various
places
to visit
such
as the huge Hindu Swaminarayan Temple which is world-famous and is located in my area. Many more
places
such
as a fort, newly built meditation centre, floral garden, dumas beach, Jain temple and many more cultural
places
.
Furthermore
, there is a Statue of Unity located near my city along with the poicha temple which is known for its architecture
thus
they can make a plan to visit both
places
together. As well as if your grandparents like we have a very famous hill station called Saputara where they get peace by visiting
this
beauty.
However
, there are a couple of options for the accommodation
such
as, I have a huge five bedrooms house with separate guest rooms and an attached bathroom if they are comfortable staying I will be pleased to have them as special guests.
Also
, there are 3-star hotels near my house which offered good services including breakfast as well.
In addition
, I have two weeks of Christmas holiday in December if they are available
thus
I can take them on a city tour and get a chance to express my hospitality. I hope
this
information fulfils your question and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask me.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
