Firstly
, Justin came to us and ask if we need any help. Linking Words
Then
we told them about food which he found so quickly. We were impressed by his service because he was working at the front counter and he came from there to find a thing. Linking Words
Moreover
, after we paid the bill it is difficult to move the cart because of the table. Linking Words
Then
he lifts a table for us and fixes it in our truck. My husband liked his customer service.
We were happy for his help and I gave him a tip to his appreciation.I would like to give him a five-star rating on google reviews.

The Greeting
Depending on the style and aim of the letter, you will need to adapt your greeting.
Always start an informal letter in the ways:
- Dear + name
- Hi / Hello + name
‘Dear...’ is more appropriate, so stick with this.
For a formal letter there are two options for the greeting:
- Use Dear Sir or Madam if you don’t know the name of the person you are writing to.
- Use Dear + surname if you do know their name, e.g. Dear Mr Smith or Dear Mrs Jones.
