Dear Mr John,
I am writing to convey my displeasure over the quality of service your company has been rendering in my area recently. Among a plethora of inefficiencies, unreliability stands out. The buses in question are; B1002 and B1003.
Within a fortnight, these services repeatedly arrived 15 minutes late. Their lateness automatically translates to me arriving late at my workplace. At the same time, causing my son to be late for school as well. In other instances, the bus did arrive early enough,
however
, the driver had to perform emergency repairs on the engine of the vehicle, again, resulting in the service departing late.
From the foregoing, I am inclined to believe the drivers are experiencing mechanical issues with their vehicles; having witnessed one myself. I am, Linking Words
