Some Universities in less developed countries hire professors from well-known universities to improve the quality of education. Some believe that this is not a perfect solution and there are other ways to enhance the quality of education. DO you agree or disagree?

Some educational institutions from
third
-world regions are in demand of good staff, so they hire them from famous academies to develop the study sphere. Some think that
this
is not a good option and there are a lot of different ways to raise the level of training. I disagree with
this
argument because I believe that hiring better personnel is the best way to improve the quality of schooling in less developed countries. Hiring group from well-known academies is the fastest and most convenient method of enhancing the quality of scholarship. Because there are not enough good universities in less developed countries, they have to hire them from others.
However
, they can train and teach more institutes, but
this
process takes a long time,
also
they will need to send them abroad because of their weak course.
Consequently
, hiring a department is the only fast and useful way to improve the quality of science.
However
, some people may think that hiring professors is not perspective and is only temporary.
That is
not correct, because it is not only going to improve their study in the academy for their hired time. It is giving an opportunity to educate future staff and develop the teaching sphere. So, they will not need to hire other people in future. In conclusion, hiring staff from well-known educational institutions is the perfect way to enhance the condition of research for less developed states.
