You should spend about 40 minutes on this task. Today, many people do not know their neighbors in large cities. What problems does this cause? What can be done about this? Write at least 250 words.

In major cities around the world,
people
are living in
apartments
due to limited space and high population. Due to the hectic lifestyle,
people
do not have time to get to know their
neighbours
.
This
essay will discuss the problems it could cause among
people
and offer possible solutions.
First
off, two main issues may arise due to living in isolation, like
people
cannot get
support
from their
neighbours
in case of an emergency and
people
do not aware that there will not be any
security
threat due to the
neighbours
. When
tenants
have fewer connections with
people
next
door, they would not able to get
support
from the
neighbours
when it's an urgent situation.
For instance
, when there is a
security
threat , it may be difficult to get
support
from the
neighbours
.
Further
, there may be a
security
threat when
tenants
do not know about the
neighbours
.
For example
, certain units in the
apartments
are vacant, sometimes intruders might live in those units to steal valuables from other units. The two major strategies could be implemented to manage the above-mentioned issues
such
as arranging social activities and introducing new
tenants
to other occupants. Apartment management can arrange monthly get-together and request all the occupants to attend it.
This
may help them to get know to each other and will create a peaceful atmosphere in the
apartments
.
In addition
, apartment management can introduce new occupants to other
tenants
in-person or through social media groups
such
as Whatsapp groups.
This
could eliminate the confusion of
people
roaming around in the
apartments
. To conclude,
people
who live in
apartments
in major cities do not know their
neighbours
due to their hectic or fast-moving lifestyles.
This
lifestyle causes many problems
such
as a lack of
support
and
security
threats from the
neighbours
.These could be managed by introducing new
tenants
to other
people
and arranging social activities periodically within the
apartments
.
