You have recently missed a project deadline which resulted in your company losing an important client. Write a letter to your manager. In your letter apologise for what happened explain why you missed the deadline tell him/her how you will avoid this situation in future.

By way of an apology,I would like to point out that I understand the situation that influenced our company's reputation negatively.I know that

To give an explanation to this
issue,first
I would like to note that I had been overburdened due to my co-worker dismissed the job about 6 months ago.That is
why I was forced to shoulder his responsibility.It was difficult to carry both duties simultaneously.Additionally
,my mother was suffering from illness hence
I was obliged to take care of her straight out of work.Consequently
,I had a lack of energy issues.
I firmly believe that if I face such
a situation in the future.I will tackle these kinds of concerns because I will be experienced in how I can manage my tasks and time.
