When designing a building the most important factor is intended use of the building rather than its outward appearance. To what extent do you agree or disagree

 and became a centrepiece in the town it is important to serve basic needs.

, nobody wants to live there because they don't reach

's expectations and living conditions. To conclude, Building internal structure and design are more important than exteriors as

 spent most of their time inside and should sever the basic living conditions than outside attractions.
