Some individuals hold the opinion that companies can greatly benefit from hiring staff who are motivated by money, as they tend to be more diligent. In my opinion, money always plays an important role in motivating people to do their work. However, money is not the only factor that encourages people’s hard work. I will discuss possible factors that help people concentrate on their jobs, as well as some conditions that need to be considered when recruiting staff.

In modern society, a mobile phone is something that all human beings have to live together. Primary school students are no exception, most of them are quite familiar with smartphones from a very young age. It can be easily imagined that students want to bring their own phones to school to play games, watch YouTube or take photos with friends. To cope with that, some primary schools have taken measures to prevent students from having mobile phones on school grounds.

In recent years, there is an ongoing debate about whether the fact that car-free days are effective methods to decrease air contamination or there are other more efficient ways. While the former is valid to some extent, I consider myself an advocate of the latter.

During this association's relentless pace, it is believed that allocating funds to mobilizing streets and motor highways is more beneficial than public transportation. From the writer's observation, it is better to change expense on the public transportation systems rather than on boulevards, due to the circumstance of excessive use of autonomous vehicles and provide a more diverse in transporting.
