Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the faulty

that I rented from your company , Dubai Rental Service, City Center branch in Dubai, on Wednesday

week. The cooling system of the

stopped working the

after I rented it and even after my written complaint, it has not been sorted out. My name is Venkatesh Ravichandran, and I live in the wooden street area. I am working as a Marketing Manager with the BMW company located in Manchester city. Recently, I met with an accident so I have to give my automobile for repair.

Therefore

, I have started using a rental

car

from your company until I get my motor repaired. As I mentioned earlier, I am a marketing manager so I need to drive frequently to meet my clients. The
