Demand for oil and gas is increasing and so finding new sources in remote and untouched areas is a necessity.do the advantages of this outweigh the disadvantages?
Nowadays, the need for gas and oil has drastically increased due to modern living. The government has to rely on some other sources
such
as remote areas due to their scarcity. However
, there are both pros and cons to deciding to do this
. In this
essay,I will discuss some of the reasons why have to depend on inhabited places and some of the challenges to overcome.
Let's begin by looking at the advantages of getting an extra source of energy from the remote area. One of the main positives is more production. What I mean by this
is that since the place is not used earlier, once dug for the first
time aids in receiving a higher collection rate. For instance
, tons of gas and oil are collected from different places in India not affecting humans. This
can make you an easy collector. Secondly
, it doesn't affect humans because of the place they select.
Turning to the other side of this
argument, soil
pollution is the result of this
process. To be more precise, continuous digging and chemical exposure disrupt the soil
. Let's use soil
erosion as an example. Another issue is that it affects the habitat. In other words
,the flora and fauna are disappearing due to human acts. This
often leads to environmental distress.Overcoming this
,
takes time and is especially challenging.
All things considered, fossil fuels are essential. The pros of it are more production and human safety whereas the cons are Remove the comma
apply
soil
pollution and environmental disruption.Personally, I believe that its negatives outweigh the benefits.Submitted by jessgeorge97 on
