A series of advantages and disadvantages arise owing to the fact that these larger elderly populations are out of the workforce. In this essay, I will give my personal opinion on why I think that the advantages of better medical treatments outweigh the cons of it.

Today, the difference in opinion between people due to the extinction of plants and animals being more significant than other issues is prevalent. It has been observed that the majority of the countries follow a certain retirement age limit either 60 or 65 based on the government rules. However some people believe that certain occupations demand employees to retire at an early age and receive the benefits based on the services they provide to the country. In my view, although I accept that all people should be treated equally, there are certain jobs that demand early retirement and the employees should receive the rewards at an early age.
