In today’s times internet is making it easy to study online from home. Some prefer online courses to study and they think it is better. Others prefer classroom education. Discuss both views and share your opinion.

Nowadays, online classes have become more popular and many students enrol in them. There are,

, some learners who still prefer traditional

learning. In my opinion, traditional
courses
and online
courses
both have their merits; even so, I feel that online
courses
are better than regular

in many ways. Online classes certainly have numerous advantages associated with them. To start with, they are much cheaper than traditional

. Another advantage of online
courses
is their flexibility. You can take them whenever you want and from wherever you are.
By contrast
, in order to do a regular course, you have to be in a
classroom
at a specific time. If you cannot make it at that time, you will miss the class.
This
is not the case with online learning. The ease of taking the class at a time convenient to the learner has made it quite popular among working professionals who want to upgrade their skills.
By contrast
, traditional
classroom
learning
also
has its benefits. The most important among them is the better interaction between the teacher and the

. A machine can only deliver the lessons; it cannot figure out whether the
student
has understood the concepts. A teacher,
on the other hand
, can easily figure out whether the
student
has understood something by simply looking at their face.
As a result
, teachers can clear doubts

this
helps with the progress of the

. Yet, the lack of flexibility and higher costs make traditional learning an unviable option for many students.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
